Our practice accepts most insurance plans, Care Credit and most major credit cards.
As you know there are charges for each of the dental care services that we will provide to you and your child. The co – payments, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts that we are obligated to collect from you are determined by the type and extent of dental health benefit coverage that your dental health plan provides. Our office will be pleased to work with your insurance company to verify your eligibility and benefits but please be aware that your dental health plan does not guarantee the accuracy of the coverage of benefits that are provided. That means, ultimately you are responsible for the full payment of the services that are provided for your child and your insurance company has denied to pay.
